At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain—or even improve—our overall health, including keeping our brains healthy and reducing the risk of cognitive decline. This workshop explores four key areas linked to healthy aging. Drawing on the latest research we will explore practical steps to help improve or maintain well-being in each one.
