Citizen Preparedness Training Program
With severe weather events and other disasters becoming more frequent, it's more important than ever for New Yorkers to be prepared. The NY Citizen Preparedness Training Program equips residents with the tools and knowledge to effectively prepare for and respond to natural and manmade disasters.

This informative training session will cover the basics of disaster preparedness, including how to create a family emergency plan, build an emergency supply kit, and respond appropriately during an emergency.  Registration is required to attend the event. To register visit www.prepare.ny.gov  

Each participating family will receive a free Citizen Preparedness Kit.
